At Covelle Signature, we are committed to delivering your order with care, transparency, and reliability.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During high-demand periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Estimated Delivery Times

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 7 to 15 business days
United Kingdom: 7 to 15 business days
Europe: 7 to 18 business days
Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: 8 to 20 business days
Rest of the world: 10 to 25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, unless expressly stated at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed. Any free shipping offers, when available, will be clearly displayed on the website or at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, whenever tracking is available.

Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Covelle Signature is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local authorities, or courier-related issues outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@covellesignature.com so we can assist you.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the case and availability.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing after delivery. However, we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

Some countries, regions, or addresses may not be eligible for delivery. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a refund.
